Not sure if its allowed but I accidently bought the Guild Name change ticket high as pie last night thinking I was buying more Una completion passes, yep my own stupid fault.
But its certainly worth asking to see if its possible to get it refunded?

I am sorry to hear you made this mistake on your purchase but, unfortunately, Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

As long as your character has the clearance to perform the change within your guild, you should be able to use the ticket as needed.

One last questiuon @Fenrirskoll can this only be used in the region/server I bought it? I.E. EU Central Zinnervale? Or can it be used anywhere?
Hahah, I totally did this too. Though I thought it was a name change ticket and not a guild name ticket. Wasn’t high, just monkey brained it. Was like “maaaan thats expensive as faaak to change your name”
Yep unless they bring spaces out in names, I’ll never use it now

Hhahaa shit happens though cant change that now, might see if someone in zinnervale needs one and charge a little less than what I paid (although getting people to trust you over internet will be the fun part!)
