if you search in your game library for lost ark it should pop-up

I should have ordered through Steam directly.
As it is, haven’t gotten the key yet from my Amazon order.

You will be able to begin pre-downloading the Closed Beta build on November 2 after 4 PM PT (11PM UTC). If you purchased a Founder’s Pack through Steam, the Closed Beta Test will automatically appear in your library as a new application ready for download. If you purchased through Amazon, you will receive a Steam key via the email associated with your Amazon account. Emails will be sent out at starting at 4PM PT (11PM UTC) on November 2.

Form in South America it’s not available yet, and I already have a founder’s pack, and have INVOICE to prove.
My Lost Ark is called jus Lost Ark not, Lost Ark Technical Closed Beta, like the photos you gays are showing, I bought through Steam when was unlocked here in South America. a few days ago.

I have pre-purchased a package for this game. I have closed out Steam and restarted it and there is no download. I purchased through Steam.
Any ideas on what I can try?

I got my founder pack from Steam, however, I can’t see the option to download the closed beta launcher. Anyone can help me?
have you tried to search in your games library just use the search bar and type in Lost Ark it should pop up
