i think they should give something more to the people who couldn’t log in at the time of the “exploit” to claim their normal amount of pheons

They found out people got extra pheons that werent intended and they took the servers down to remove them.
That shows they consider losing profits from pheon sales more important than several game breaking bugs and server issues that go unaddressed for months.

They extend downtime multiple times… realize its too hard to track down ecerything and say F it and put servers back up.
They in the same post say that people found a way to exploit it(theres no evidence of this, when usually exploits become public and shown off)… and say those that claimed them can keep them because it wont effect the eceonmy too much… basically saying the exploit early exploit often applies here
Basically they screwed up, showed they dont care about us, showed their incompetence, then lied to us.
And the final outcome is those that claimed get them, those that didn’t get nothing. Compensation is for unscheduled maintenance for everyone.

Yes but you can fix game breaking bugs we a fast downtime? I dont think so and fix servers? Sure they are bad from time to time but the most time i have no problems but you are not able to fix all problems, i think they care alot about topics like this because no working servers make them lose money. And it is still a company that wants earn money.

Ok, but would you do? There are people who claim it and spend it because they thought it was intended. You take away the pheons and they are then -100 or -200? Then it would be the same. Shit. So please i dont know any good solution to this problem, than take the server offline kill the exploit by take away the mails and make a compensation for it. I think the server would be offline days if they keep the mail in and wait for SG to bring a fix for the exploit.

There was no exploit.
They threw that in to cover their unwarranted concern over accidentally giving 10 pheon per char right before a patch where ppl will definitely spend money for pheons.
They even stated what the exploit was bro… You could delete characters and reclaim the pheons on freshly created characters.

Whether or not there was an exploit is not relevant anymore. All pheons collected beyond 30 are being removed and those that spent them already will go negative.
Considering no one was supposed to receive ANY pheons I’d say this is more than fair.
