No the funny part is, you dont read everything. I say they should stop cry for compensations because AGS dont has to do it and people should be happy if they get it. I dont say AGS wont do it because it is like you wrote they make it if they fuck something up and thats ok if they feel thats ok.

Why are you asking me this? Understand the community did not invent compensation, SG/AGS did. After a couple screw-ups followed by givem compensations, the players caught on to it and now they’re expecting it.
So why the fck are you blaming the players for this?
I do not like this system and I think it is at the very least demeaning for the players and enabling SG/AGS to fck up. But nobody cares what I or you want as long as we’re not the majority
Both SG/AGS and the playerbase have a silent understanding. When the former fucks up, the latter receives compensation. Roxx came up herself and said “expect compensation”
Now you come strolling in here and yelling this is not ok and defending the company against their own implemented system and accusing the playerbase of this and that when they are just going along with it.

You still dont understand my point with the compensation, i try one more time. And i dont think they trained it to become this far because as the game starts, they allready cry for compensations. I told its ok to make compenstation but the mindset to cry for compensations is bad.

This is what I thought aswell, but! How can Amazon tell If someones A: did use the Pheons and B: how much they opened in their Roster and C: who didn’t open it.
This seems to be a lot of work - so just expect a decent compensation for everyone.
I know it feels bad, If you weren’t online, BUT you guys should really stop being so resentful. Because were talking about players like you and me, that got free Stuff from Amazon, because they were Online at the right time.
No need to gatekeep them from another compensation. I didn’t get any Pheons from the inncident, but I don’t want anything done to those players, that did take adventage of this.
At the end, I will get a compensation Package and these Players will have a Compensation Package + The Mails.
Who cares - just take what you can get and don’t be resentful against your own Playerbase.

You can but compensation shouldn’t be part of the process and I have the feeling you agree with this
Conversely as the game starts they were already handing out compensation for each mistake which has been happening even before in Kr. It is a proven working method to lower the discord between players and developers.
The playerbase can only ask. The only ones taking action are sg/ags so the only ones that can change anything are them.
So if you don’t like compensation your beef is with them. SG specifically

Dissatisfied people will always be much more vocal then satisfied ones.
Now if you want to have a debate whether there’s a reason to be dissatisfied or not, I will respectfully ask you to mind your own business and don’t tell me or others what to think or where should they draw the line. It is an objective truth that ags/sg are extremely prone to error to the point where I sometimes have to ask myself how in the world are they capable of screwing up so hard to turn what was initially a gift into a full blown PR shitshow that set every social media related to the game on fire.
And this incompetence needs an answer.

If they can not track players who claimed it or not then, everyone will have the rewards.
since they dont know who claimed it. then everyone will be treated the same.
The vast majority got nothing. It wouldnt be bad if players got 10 per char like it was originally… them trying to remove it just screwed those who didnt get it yet.
Pretty sure the compensation is for the unscheduled maintenance, not that some people got massive amounts of pheons and most got nothing.
Its not about making a mistake, its how they handled the mistake. It showed their true colors and whats important to them.
And everything they did made it worse… and the final outcome is a complete joke.
