Haiger's Manor closed for maintenance

So many bug in this patch is insane:

1- Bug with the char with express event cant hone to 1415 (ok got fix recently)
2- Inventory bug where the item icon just stuck in the screen, annoying.
3- This manor bug preventing people to get the legion raid quest line so losing 4k gold + mat
4- The Chaos dungeons purple gate bug
5- Front and back indicator bug

So many bug right now and on top of that the queue time is insane, some of my friend just gave up on this game since they work in finance and have other priority to do everyday and can’t wait 2-3 hour with a 10K queue. They got their toon to 1430, but was unimpressed with the wait time and the Bot/RMTer. At this point they said it not even worth to whale since the game is mostly offline for them and they just don’t have that amount of time. For them is like spending money to get 0 star service.

Hello here, first time Forum user. I’m a little more casual (while I feel like I play the game a TON -600hrs as of now) and I just reached 1415 ilvl on my main two days ago. I along many other players tried to get through the south Vern questline since I was now ready for Valtan after the weeks and months of progression and grinding. Unfortunately there appears to have been a bug with an instance along the questline. Every day this passes by I’m missing out on valuable materials and RELIC accessories. The market for these items is EXTREMELY lucrative and I’m just missing out on the potential for thousands up to hundreds of thousands of gold for these items early into the patch release. I have the large roster, grinded the materials for weeks and, and even spent an amount of real life money (so far in the ballpark of $200 a large portion of which on skins so not very relevant to progression) to be able to reach this ilvl threshold earlier on for this reason only to get to a FULL HAULT. I cannot experience the LEGION raid the developers so desperately wanted to push players to experience and I’m missing out on VERY VALUABLE market time. It’s a holiday weekend as you stated, so MORE PLAYERS than usual will be playing the game and experiencing this issue. Aside from the unfortunate and downright frustrating player experience, this is giving an already impaired AGS/SMG reputation another hit. I understand the issues are COMPLEX and can take manpower to fix in a window where manpower is lacking (the holiday weekend) but I feel like the SEVERITY of the issue might have been downplayed or the IMPORTANCE for frequent communication regarding the issue. This is affecting players on a DAILY basis, and should warrant DAILY updates on the resolution or progress toward identification and resolution of such a critical issue. There’s nothing I can do now, but pray, wait, and write a forum post like many others. I’m not quitting the game, it’s not the end of the world, issues arise and take time to fix, but all I ask is whoever is responsible for communication between development teams and players be transparent and frequent with updates on ACTIVE ISSUES. If we got two days of “We are trying our hardest but cannot find the issue” followed by a day of “We found the issue, now we are working on creating an appropriate fix, it may take XYZ more time, we will keep you updated” it would probably help a lot of people in terms of player reception to issues. When it goes 4 days with nothing but “meh holidays make it hard to fix” it really gives players the impression NOTHING is being done to resolve the issue, and I’m sure that’s not the case since AGS and SMG are both very diligent and hard working production teams. If you don’t want players upset, keep them updated regularly and with as much information as possible. We are your average joes so everyone won’t understand the technical terms associated with issues but general terms regarding troubleshooting and repair process would suffice to quell many CUSTOMERS anger and reassure players you DO CARE and ARE WORKING to a fix. I’m not trying to bash, not trying to tell teams how to fix games (I surely don’t know how to), but I am trying to give my personal feedback on the issue and some point of view behind the countless rage thread responses players post. We (the players) generally love the game and want the best for it and AGS/SMG, we just don’t feel like AGS/SMG feel the same way sometimes with the responses and feedback we get from the teams. Hey maybe this will Help U Not Suffer 2 much, 99% of relics are big BS Rolls and they wont sell anyway. Today (after Release, playing daily + Had 100% rested on 1445 Chaos) the First good one dropped which hasnt Sold yet of course

i just got to this part of the progression on my main in mari and i have the bug, any additonal updates on the fix time?

You told us that you don’t have any developers at AGS working on the game and Memorial Day for Korea is June 6th which is next weekend.

So either you lied to us when you said you have no one working on the game when you threw Smilegate under the bus or you’re lying to us now about the holiday weekend affecting Korean developers working on a fix.

You are missing the point - it’s not just a important for progression thing. I havent been able to play the game for 5 days now. Forget progressing, I cant do anything except watch an infinite load bar. This is a game breaking bug - it makes the game unplayable. I reached out to customer service on Day 1 to “get my character unstuck”. I realize its a holiday weekend. Thursday and Friday weren’t holidays. This is insanity.

@Shadow_Fox I know a lot of us are buggin you for updates, but is there any headway being made with a fix? I have a character I am trying to push to Vultan before reset and I am worried I am gonna be missing out on being able to clear him.

It will probably be fixed by maintenance time. They’re not rushing for a fix because it doesn’t affect their bottom line or the cash shop. It is what it is.

The AGS team is only a few people, they answer forums and have meetings with the korean devs, thats basically it. Its common in publishing MMO’s. As little overhead as possible. Don’t blame them, they literally don’t have the staff or time and bugging them about wont make a difference.

How is this still a thing? It’s been almost a week.

how is EU clock still a thing? its been 2 months, sad jokes aside, that the szenariod doenst get fixed within max 48h is no acceptable, thats not how you make a good look on players who want to spend money later for skins, with that kind of service i wont spend anything on things you offer.
So what about today? No vacations, no holidays nothing. But probably you say “maintenance is close, only 2 days, we can wait”

do i really need to wait for the next weekly maintenance for this to be fixed? how is such a big issue still not fixed? at least make it skippable or something. I’m stuck on my main. not alt, my main. now i don’t think i can even finish the questline before the maintenance sadly. disappointed in you AGS.

This is as bad as it gets :smiley: A main story quest progression block right before a holiday weekend, that prevents people from doing main endgame activities. I understand that you can’t get you devs to do overtime on a holiday weekend. But how can a patch be released with such a gamebreaking bug in it? This is the thing I don’t understand. The game is 2 years old. How can loading an instance be broken? That’s like the most basic function of a game like this xD
Basically no reason to log in at the moment. I gladly spent real money on the pet aura last month, this month I will go out of my way not to give amazon any money.

Imagine leaving a game breaking bug that literally blocks you from progressing the game be up for a week and nothing seems to have been done. The least they could have done is make the quest auto completed when someone picks it up. It’s incredibly frustrating, no way I’m giving the company any money in the future.

Is there going to be any compensation for this? For a lot of people like me, our mains are blocked. We spent so much gold and time reach 1415 only to miss an entire weeks worth of 1415 chaos dungeons, guardian raids AND legion raids. It’s incredibly unfair especially when you see other people around you getting the benefits simply because they did a quest line earlier. People are literally being penalized for not doing a quest line at an earlier time, Is that not absolutely insane?

For a lot of working professionals we cannot sit around and play South Vern storyline or play everyday so I saved the storyline and stacked rest bonuses in chaos dungeons and guardian raids so I can maximize the rewards for 1415 materials and saved time to play during the 3 day weekend off. Unfortunately the weekend was ruined by this issue.

I understand that your staff also has time off during the 3 day weekend but you guys were aware of this issue 2 days BEFORE the weekend began. So citing the long weekend is a pretty bad excuse for a bug that is causing players to literally be locked out of doing anything.

Can’t imagine how much worse it is for non-F2P players that dropped money to hit the item level only to not be able to play new content.

Idk how they would even figure out how much compensation would be. For example, no compensation is needed for those who have already completed it, and therefore had access to the content.

I literally dropped 80K gold to rush hone this week so that I could join my friends in Valtan, 1415 Ghost Ship, Chaos Gates, etc. But I cant really do a lot of the content because they wont fix this garbage.

Rip 80k gold I guess. At least I got it naturally and didn’t drop the aprox $400 that it would have cost if I paid irl cash to this greedy non-caring company.

Like how can such a major bug be up and running for multiple days, it literally stops ppl from progressing. I usually don’t complain but I find the amount of time in which this bug hasn’t been solved for the significance it has unintelligible. Maybe it is a really hard bug to solve, then I’m sry but I had to let some steam off!!
