I was in the hall of silence boss rush when the server was taken down after we were only given a minute warning in-game. I read these tickets would be returned but have not received it back yet. This seemed to be the only place to submit any kind of request like this.
Unfortunately the CS team doesn’t usually issue tickets as they have an automated system in place that determines eligibility. (I’m not even sure if they actually have the ability to re-issue tickets manually. I think for most in-game issues of that nature they actually have to elevate it to the developers)
