Hard Oreha Prevaza entry count consumed

I logged on my alt and joined a group for Oreha’s well 2 dungeons. We cleared the first and when the second started I was in a logging screen till there were 10 seconds left. Upon expiry of the loading screen i found myself back at Yorn with an Invite to a group i was in. I accepted it and when the group leader pressed start we were alerted that I had exceeded my entry count even though I haven’t entered Oreha Prevaza , let alone finished it. So I left the party so the other 3 could finish it. What should I do to get my weekly entry count for Oreha Prevaza back?

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Oreha’s run, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I didn’t get a refund last time and now it happened again on Aira’s oculus, what can i do about this? It’s not my internet connection.

Stuck in loading screen for a minute with 1/4 players joined in the dungeon, then brought back to Kalaja when timer ran out. Before that we had a bug where we all joined but didn’t enter the dungeon so had to remake.

In regards to the entry being consumed this process is still being handled by the system I mentioned before and unfortunately there is nothing we can do manually.
