Hard Valtan Re-Entry Ticket for Gate 2

I was doing Hard Valtan Gate 2 before a sudden disconnect from the game servers that happened today in the afternoon. Can I get a entry ticket for Gate 2?

Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Heroes of Arkesia, We know how frustrating it is for players to be locked out of timed or ticketed activities when a game server unexpectedly crashes or loses stability. As a few players may have already seen, in an effort to help improve these less than ideal experiences we now have a system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance) when a game server crash or outage occurs during play…

Still, in some cases a replacement ticket may not be sent if it’s determined that the disconnection was not due to an error on our side, so please be aware of this too.

How are you guys verifying whether or not people are locked out cause of issues on your end? I have screenshot evidence that my party was inside hard mode gate 1 during the time of the crash and I am worried we won’t get refunded our entry ticket.

I mean ALL of NA-West servers died at that time so we definitely have a solid case that it’s not our fault. I just hope that this new system really can determine who’s eligible and who’s not
