I lost all my harmony crystals after the big maintence patch the other day.
Not sure the exact amount I had but it definitely wasn’t 0?
Contacted support but never got a response back.

Edit: I’ve been playing since then and obviously I’ve made some back through playing. Just annoying since I used all my roster island quest harmony crystals as I got them and can’t go and farm though back now.

I’m sorry you’re having issues with crystals missing after an maintenance update.
In this case I would advice you to perform basic TS if not already before escalating this.
firstly kindly verify integrity of game files on steam
If you are missing textures or other content in game or experiencing crashing while playing a game, you can have Steam verify that the game’s files are installed correctly on the computer.
Restart your computer and launch Steam
Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right
From the drop down menu, select Properties…
Select the Local Files
tab and click the Verify integrity of game files…button
Once this is done kindly reboot your PC and restart , check if this resolves the issue.
If the issue persists kindly contact us via live medium so we can escalate it by creating a support ticket you can ask them to refer to this post

Followed the above and still no change 
I already have an open support ticket from the 24th that I’m waiting on a reply from. Do I need to update them any further?
