Yes. I personally think all materials (for the most part) should be roster wide. Its moronic and takes up too much bag space to have some roster wide, some not roster wide - its dumb.

Game loves to waste your time. No reason for all this stuff to not be roster-bound. Well actually there is a reason and we all know what it is, and it’s not a good one

Exactly this, but the thing is, harmony shard are low level materials, so it won’t even harm the game and the ones on your main will just be useless and stay like that.
