I spent almost 2k gold on the player auction house and after talking to amazon live chat, I was referred to this site. I opened 2 (L) and 1 (M) harmony shard pack, and my pet collected it, yet the quantity did not update. An hour later, I decided to test this again this time with a (S) bag, and the quantity did update. The live chat said I redeemed the shards, meaning I took them from my mailbox, they did in fact drop on the ground, but they never went to my actual character. Is there a way to get these shards added back? Or at least my gold given back to me?

The shards are like loot drops if you move away from them or don’t have a pet / manually pick them up they will despawn. That’s why you can’t use them on boats for example. My guess is one of these issues occurred and i’m sorry to hear that.
No, I was standing still by the honing upgrader after buying them off the auction house. I opened the bag, my pet gobbled that shit up, and they went into the abyss instead of my inventory.

Hello there. I was looking for a place for the same kind of issue and see if i could get some help. But me i know exactly the issue and it wasnt a bug. Just a miss to pay attention which you could concider my fault only and i would understand, but it still keeping me in a line of pulling my hair out or not . I seek your help because this morning i was in a hurry to go to work and exited to try the new class. After hiting 960 at faiton. I wanted to straight use all my 3 weeks wirth of farm t2 mat and the maybe 4 last island t2 worth left in the map. I oppened almost all my t2 shards bags and chest stone keeping a eyes on the time i had… I was late for work already so i logged off. Without realizing that i didnt summoned my pet. After just bying a 50$ steam card for my class only and Logging on hours after , i investigated and understood my mistake. I almost pulled my hair out. But i was thinking that maybe i could find help with the support for them to investigate my log and if possible with the proof ,sending me back the mats lost. I will never do this mistake again believe me. I learned my lecon. Thank you to take this in consideration. Because this situation leave me down. I love farming to get what i farm but i can stand for loosing what i farmed. If you see in my log that i lost 70k t2 shards. I dont see the reason why its impossible to give it back exept if its about business matter which i understand too im not dumb.
