When I say that I manage all my 6 alts in less than 2 hours a day, some people ask: how do you do it?

People who still ask this, unfortunately are not using the tools that the game provides correctly.

1º - If you have a lot of characters, and regardless of that, there is an engraving called “Preemtive Strike”, which if used at level 3 drastically decreases the chaos dungeon time, as it allows you to inflict HK with most skills, of all characters. For chaos dungeon, this engraving at this moment in the game is more important than absolutely all the other engravings in the game.

2º - Use the rest bonus mainly on guardian raid. Guardian raid is content that before T3 takes a little more time, so if you accumulate 1 - 2 days of guardian raid, or just rotate 1 alt per day, it will make your time optimized, and it won’t take more than 10 minutes.

3º - If you’re not necessarily focusing on some reputation, why not do lopang in the alts? REMEMBERING THAT SILVER = GOLD TOO. Because you can roll gems and sell them in the future, as well as make you comfortable without missing it.

In the meantime, I try to do adventure island, fieldboss and gate, but this is something we can do pretty much any time of day.

If you think 1:30-2h is too long to do dailies on multiple characters, I don’t think you’ve ever played mmorpg. In WoW I took this with just 1 character, and unfortunately I didn’t have the possibility to make other characters due to lack of time.

He’s in no rush to make his alts more powerful. Expect to accumulate resources and try to save as much as possible with them (after all, they are alts), and believe me, at some point they will be as fun as your main :3

6 alts. 7 chars in total. Let’s cut all loading screens and traveling times. How fast can you do chaos? 5 mins? x2 10 mins x 7 70 mins. So 1h10 min just for chaos. And then you do rest of your daily activities in 20 mins :slight_smile:

I think 4 characters are the optimal for playstyle. Without building hate towards daily activities. Work for me. Daily chaos + guardian raids only with rested bonus. One per week abyss spam with all characters.

Hum, yes? 1:10 for chaos, lopang is less than 2 minutes per character. Guardian raid is rotative 10 minutes for guardian (if you do it in 2 characters, 20 minutes). Wath wrong?

The “daily” that takes the most time is chaos dungeon. And it’s one of my favorite content, so it’s impossible for me to hate it haha.
When I reached T3 in main, I used to spend hours in the chaos dungeon with him. Today I don’t really need to do that.

the daily that takes the longest is BY FAR the guardian raids…
most bosses can be killed easier or quicker with a group (some exceptions like velganos) so you are also depending on other people for it.

Also, another tip: if you do have a lot of characters, you can also do only one run per character, that way you will still get rested bonus as if you didn’t do.
Basically you gonna do half the work and get 2/3 of the rewards.
I think it’s worth if you want to progress a lot of alts (which is the part I love the most in this game).

Yes, if you do it everyday, yes.

12x yoho = 48 min
12x chaos dungeon = 50 min
18x una = 12 min

And then there is everything else you might wanna do like adventure island, chaos gate, world boss

So you are looking at a minimum 2h10min

12x yoho in 48 mins … yeah i highly doubt that unless you overgear it by quite a bit on every alt.
thats 4 mins WITHOUT considering matchmaking-time, loading screens, walking to the boss etc.
so its more like 3min fight (which requires pheromones too to pull of reliably).

that math doesnt add up :smiley:

Oh ok I wouldn’t run that content with randoms, I only enter it with my premade group. But yes with randoms matchmaking and not using battle-items then it will be painful indeed.

if you have a pre-made group for 6 alts, thats not your usual player to be fair :smiley:
also keep in mind its not just the fight time that adds up, you need time to sort items afterwards etc. so what seems like a 3-4min fight easily adds 1-2 mins of overhead (which is 30-50% more time)

6 x 1370+ do all chaos dungeon and guardian raid for me is around 3 hours. 5 of them are bard btw.

Bard with preemptive, do chaos dungeon same time as every character. Because he do HK in all nroaml monsters, but, she need true corage too for kill boss of second floor with 1 hit :confused: unfortunately.

The problem what you seems don’t understand is that you don’t magically log-in and appear with 7 characters all ready at 1340/1370 or what ever with all their quest, towers and progression done.

Once you reach a certain point it’s true that the progress becomes slower but for reaching that point you need to spent 800+ hours in the first place lol.

Finally, saying that “2h” of chores isn’t too long you’re fooling yourself. As you said it’s just a “daily” content. Do we need count all daily islands, weekly stuff, boss rush tickets, cube and other chores you can do every/few days?

And where did I say it was magic? The post is for those who want to optimize their time on alts, not for those who are creating alts. Obviously it takes time to progress, if someone creating alt thinks it’s going to be magic it’s their problem.
