I claimed my twitch loot (the unicorn mount) in twitch…
But I never received the mount in game… Nor did I get the oppotunity to claim it…
What do I do from here? I really need that black stallion!

Is your Twitch account linked to the right Lost Ark and Steam accounts? You had to link them in the event page…
Yea, Im sure he has. Ive received twitch drops before for lost ark. Unlinked and relinked my accounts and still nothing. So mehhhh

Sorry to hear your having issues with your twitch drop. Will gladly assist.
To earn the Drop, watch two hours of eligible Lost Ark creator streams between April 12 at 2PM PT (9PM UTC) and May 9 at 12 a.m. PST (7 a.m. UTC).
Sometimes when this happens is, like @theWolfOne said, we have several Twitch or Amazon accounts.
How about we start over? Still got time until the 9th of May 
Follow instructions once again on this link, if you have issues, might be necessary to contact Twitch.

Did you check your Product Inventory? Most of the stuff including Twitch Drops goes in there as a chest. You won’t be receiving it by mail pretty sure.
