No, they have not given me trusted status. On the other hand a good friend of mine just confirmed that after a while of making an in-game purchase He received “Trusted status”.
After wasting months of communication with Amazon support, I can confirm that this game is a huge rip off. They are forcing players to pay them a minimum of 10$ or more (depending on your region) to get a game function that is marketed and supposed to be “free”.
Me personally I’ll never give into their scam, wasting 10$ or more on this game for a game function that is supposed to be free is one of the scummiest things I have ever seen.
Not to mention there is no 100% guarantee after wasting your money on this game, that you will get “trusted status”.
Anyone reading this I suggest that you should invest your money and time else where, after 3 months I can confirm that this has been a huge waste of both energy and time.
Man this sucks, i made an in game purchase but i havent gotten it yet or idk if i ever will at this point tbh.

they can confirm i’ve met all requirements but its not trusted yet and all you have to do is wait
the only ones who can help is Steam
but Steam says they can’t help since its Lost Ark responsibility.

Steam is right, they cant modify a system that is not implemented by them totally AGS’s responsibility.
All that steam can do is make your account “Unlimited” or trusted by AGS’s terms
Even an answer of “do that stuff and wait 1-3 days” is not acceptable.
In steam if you fill the requirements it is instant, shouldn’t take more than couple of hours for Lost Ark.
We as players pay and then can’t play the game properly ?!

well, as a developer i can tell you…
Devs need to work with steam to fix this integration.
If it does not work properly and they can’t make it work they can remove this feature(or should i say bug) till they can implement it properly.
They could add it they can remove it.
They could also add a feature to grant it manually its just not the plan and design the managers had in mind.

To put it as precise and simple as possible, this game is literally a scam and a fraud. All the time (me and you) spent contacting Amazon support and forum mods is a complete and utter waste of time and energy. Again both Amazon support agents and forum mods are useless! This game is forcing players to pay them for a feature that is supposed to be free. I have seen people even after paying them, they still didn’t receive trusted status.
