hey i claimed the VALTAN CREATOR CHALLENGE & TWITCH DROP and never received it, claimed it day of and now its been 2 days.

Region: NA east
Server: UNA
Character: Xela

if anyone could help me with this issue or tell me a way to fix it that’d be amazing

I’m in the same boat. Never got mine, claimed it first day.

Go there scroll down and click activate, i did this and it works. I know we’ve activated already but it’s like it forgot or Smth. Just hit activate again and u should get the drop instantly
