Hello. I received the 4 hour chest. I redeemed the chest (LoLA Starter Item Set) I have been linked with Lost Ark for about 3months back. I did not have my Steam account linked. I however fully linked everything by this time (I have recieved the Twitch Prime loot) ingame. But the LoLA Starter Item Set have not been sent too me ingame. It´s been around 6hours now and i just wanted to check that there is no problem with the transfer of the item to my account, because i linked my steam account after i had accepted the chest (LoLA Starter Item Set) Having a starting item would be very helpful at the start. Thank you very much!

Just a reminder, drops can take up to 24 for them to be reflected on your once claim from Twitch.

Hello @JWarlock . I have a problem where I complete the entire linking process but if I refresh the page, the last button “Activate” goes back like I’ve not claimed anything.
Thus, I can’t claim any reward.

Hello again @JWarlock I have now waited 24hours and i have no idea how to confirm if i have recieved it or not, is there anyone i can contact about this?

I have the same issue, it said it would be about 24 hours when I claimed it and it has been over 36 now 
If its still not showing up it might be better to reach us directly (Contact Us | Amazon Games) to investigate why the drop is not showing up.

Hi,
On my side i was able to see the drop in the game, but there was issues with the shop when i tried to retrieve it, it was saying that the shop was running slow, and it failed my retrieval of the Saphia Pet Chest. Now i am not able anymore to see it in the shop inventory, what can i do to be able to receive it correctly ?
