So, for a few weeks now the head/back attack indicators have been setting to default randomly and I have to change my config every time they do. Sometimes I change the colors and switch characters they reset back to default, sometimes it happens when close the game and open it again. The point is, they keep going back to default and it’s happening to all of my friends too.
I play on Kazeros if that’s relevant.
Not even random for me, they reset every single time I start the game.
I’ve tried various ways of getting it to stick (apply / ok / changing something else as well), but nothing worked so far.

Hope they get it fixed soon. I still don’t remember to set it again each time I start playing, so end up in raids with the defaults.
Bump, really would like to get this fixed. The default color is not distinguished enough for me

Don’t worry its not just Head and back attack indicators, All settings reset every time you restart Lost ark.
I changed my settings to mute music once a while ago and every time I restart the game now my damage number fonts always change to 100% from 200 and it will remute music.
