Careful. I meme’d on Roxx about AGS saying they are “brutally honest” and I got banned from the forums for a week and had my comment deleted. “Too combative” was the reason for the ban. We all know they are not brutally honest and it is something they say as PR talk. Everyone wants more skins but we are getting 1 skin a month which is quite ridiculous for any game.

Roxx is a CM. I’d argue a pretty good one that has a good quantity of quality interactions with the community. I don’t think “calling her out” is a good idea or a solution to anything.

It’s just laughable, the fact that they think we need to show our demand for a positive qol feature to be implemented here, as if the fact that it’s an improvement to the game isn’t enough.
“Gathering feedback” and pointless PR answers that don’t answer any questions seem to be all they are capable of giving. Just like when people were all asking if the patch was going to be delayed they just avoided all the threads until the news actually dropped, same with the ArkPass situation, they make people speculate and refuse to verify anything until the patch notes drop.
Like the others said you should probably edit your post to call out the communication instead of just one of many CMs, else you’re probably getting the ban hammer.

well i don’t believe that she has the power to push anything honestly. she even explained this before when someone thought she has the power for it. i forgot in which thread that was but i do recall it happening. she just suggests and it’s up to them to decide.
Please stop calling people who disagree with you whiteknights.
I have nothing say to you… But I have noticed a huge trend on the forums where people call each other whiteknights instead of leading civil discussions.

I’m no AGS defender but anyone who isn’t stupid can see that Roxx is the CM and is doing as much as she can with what she’s provided by the higher ups.

Several ways in which this post is absolutely inexcusable:

Roxx said if there was demand for this they would be open to the idea, but it is not in their plans right now. Plans change. You can provide feedback. How is this not a CM doing their job? What else do you want, for them to not to reply at all? Making a call out post just because you did not like their answer is ridiculous.

Players demand things in the forums, the feedback is passed to AGS and Smilegate and they decide what gets done. Roxx personally can’t do anything about it except relay your message.

Roxx has stated several times that they have other functions to their job beyond replying in the forums, trying to force a CM to explain their job functions to you is hilarious. They do not owe you their job description information and placing into question their functions in a public forum expecting to bait them is wild.

If you have 300 threads open and only can reply to 5 or 6 threads with confirmed AGS and Smilegate feedback ofc CMs will choose what threads are the most relevant to reply to? What is the issue here?

CMs can’t confirm or deny things without being given explicit permission to do so. Don’t hold individual CMs accountable for AGS or Smilegate actions, and do not harass CMs

i do know about that. but what i’m saying is. she’s entrusted with doing her job / given more work to do / more experienced in her job therefore they saw her worthy of doing these things. cause she’s focusing on everything. also it’s not up to her to do the changes whatsoever. doing more work > getting paid more. etc… but sure it would be nice if she make it clear again in this thread i’m just saying CM’s don’t have charge over changes happening to the game. but yeah.

criticism isn’t cyberbullying. the point of a forum is to relay criticisms of the game and how its being managed. you might as well delete every “negative” post in the forums if you hold that mentality… cyberbullying is when the criticisms are completely groundless and have sadistic intent.

I am also upset, mostly disappointed on how slow their progress about giving us contents/tools in/for the game but can we please stop giving the CMs specially Roxx the sh*ts? Holy! The post title makes me cringe.
People here are always complaining for the love of God can we please have a few days of appreciation for the entertainment that we are getting.

Criticism if fine, but buddy… read the post. This isn’t it. None of what OP said is relevant or factual. It’s painting a false negative image of Roxx, who is doing an amazing job giving her limitations on time and power and as an individual human being.

it is one thing to criticize the game as a whole, AGS as a whole or Smilegate as a whole, but a call out post for a CM? definitely has malicious intent. The tone of OP’s post is accusatory and directed at no one but Roxx so it does fall into the grounds of harassment. If you single out one individual from a whole organization and place on them the blame for “not delivering skins”, “not delivering QOL”, “not delivering various other stuff” it is targeted, and it is harassment.
