When did I attack her/ him? If you have so much spare time in your life, how about learning how to read properly?
I count 17 threads on the first page of the forums responded to by CMs, most of which are Roxx. I went over to Blizz forums just for a quick check and had to scroll down for 45 seconds to hit the first CM response. This isn’t the only place Roxx interacts with the community, either. Exactly how many hours would you have her work in a day to reach these lofty expectations of yours?
5 per day on average ? I don’t think so.
When did I defend her/ him? If you have so much spare time in your life, how about learning how to read. I simply explained what their job was, exposed the ignorance of those throwing insults and made them aware that those fools were not worth the time.
I think it may be in your best interest to get some rest, but that’s just my opinion.
So you were defending. Thank for proving my point.
If that’s your convoluted definition of the word, then yes.
there are literally 25 responses in the last 24hr what are you even talking about. The previous day there were 18 responses and these are only the Roxx posts… lmao

I’ve seen a cm say before that having certain conversations makes it “less likely to see certain skins and classes in the game,” so I wouldn’t be so sure about what kind of power the cms have or don’t have.

Why are you guys talking about skins at all ?
i’m not sure either honestly. but to my knowledge a CM cannot push changes to the game or anything of that sort. they’re our messengers they deliver our feedback and deliver feedback to us from the team.
They do have a role called “developer” when you go on their profile so take that for what you will.
i’m not exactly sure why but i’m pretty sure AGS has nothing to do with this game development in our version. the publishers aren’t the developers. so i don’t really see that role as something important when it comes to our version of the game as it’s Smilegate working on it and not AGS. so a CM with that role doesn’t mean she’s part of the development team for lost ark.
Happens every day in every customer facing job. Try working in a call centre for a couple of days and see how many times you get abused by customers who are angry about something you neither caused nor had any control over.
Not saying I condone such actions but if you sign up for a customer facing job you should know what you’re getting yourself into. You’re the face of the company and when people are pissed at the company you’re the one they’re going to take it out on.
AGS makes a list of changes they want SG to do for them. That’s how all the different shit was made on our version.
This.
i believe this refers to them passing on developer feedback, but it has been confirmed that AGS has no development team:
i didn’t say they don’t ask for changes. i said CM with that role doesn’t mean she’s developing the game. i know the publishers can change whatever they want changed. we’ve seen already what they can do. but i’m talking about CM role.
You can learn a lot about a person’s character from the way they treat those who service them. I immediately lose all respect for anyone I witness berating a waitress/cashier/CS worker etc.
Ppl refer as devs to the ones responsible for the changes we get on our game, you could use any other word. If they have no dedicated developers that just makes it even more likely that the process of deciding on what we get is something more arbitrary and has less thought behind it.
I will believe a CM over speculation. If they say stuff that’s being talked about on the forums can affect content the game will get, then they probably mean it.
