Just finished the Chaos gate battles in South Vern and did the follow ups at Vern Castle, then proceeded to start my dailies. Did my event guardian raid and then attempted to que up for Igrexion (my gear level was 1345) and it says I do not meet the gear requirements. I check my char to see whats up and my helm is completely missing (lowering my gear score to 1118).
I eventually found it in my pets storage but I have no idea why it ended up there since my bags had a ton of space and I never took it off. Seems the item unequipped itself and was placed in storage entirely on its own.
