Help -> Claimed everything on the wrong region/server

Hello, i play on Eu central and created 1 char in Eu west just to get the rewards.
As i am still blasted from last night i claimed everything there and while im still in queue to join my main server (14k queue) i bet i messed up big time and won’t get mount etc there.

Can a GM or someone please help with this? Like transfer the rewards to EU central zinnervale or straight up delete my char on the eu west (i only have 1 char) region and make me able to claim stuff again?

EDIT: actually i claimed “Lost Ark Launch Celebration gift rewards” there… not sure if i claimed the reward from joining the new region but doesn’t seem like it.

To answer your question, the content can only be claimed once per account and the transfer option is not available in our version of the game. We’d let you know if this changes.
