Today around 11 am utc I purchased a growth pack and a character slot extension, when trying to claim them the game crashed. I did receive the growth pack but not the character slot extension.

I’m sorry to hear your game crash just while claiming a purchase, and it’s bring up an issue too.
Proceed to verify integrity of game file on your Steam app, them re-launch the game.
If the character space still miss, we need you to contact AGS customer support for further assistance.
