Thanks, I know people are having issues with both their product inventories and getting into game right now, so I’m going to see what can be done about this. I don’t want folks to miss out on this because of outstanding issues
what is happening with all this time we cant play and our aura is wasting and content we are leaving behind when its not at all our fault?

Fun thing: My housemate can claim their stuff, I have the red dot up top with a ‘7’ in it (Platinum Founder pack + various Twitch drops I assume), but the window is empty.
Played a couple hours yesterday and today and kept checking end while housemate can use the ingame store, it told me it is under maintenance at the same time. Curious.
I bought founders pack and it says I dont have crystalline aura? Is this a bug or something?

when i claimed two item from the cash shop ( skin ship and card pack ) i never received them
Blackbeard0 says it show in my inventory but i can’t see/access/use it at all =(

Product Inventory keeps changing between showing having items, but then theres nothing to redeem - and just being empty.
Ive been patient since headstart, but my patience is running out. Fix it.
Bump so these folks can redeem their stuff.
Hopefully they can just extend the window for redemption.
Or just give everyone who bought a founders pack an extra one regardless of if they redeemed or not
Agreed, don’t really have any issues waiting, as long as we can still redeem the complimentary founder packs for moving servers. I’ve had a notification saying I had an unclaimed item last night, but the shop was offline (lights were on, nobody was home, basically).
As long as we have a reasonable time range where we are able to redeem it, all’s good.
Not the case if the deadline flies away with us incapable of redeeming due to reasons beyond our control
Sure, I can get missing out on the deadline if you’re not paying attention, but not due to not being able to.
