HELP! Kakul-Saydon Gate 2 Chest Not Available For Purchase

My friends and I cleared gate 2 - I tried to skip the cut scene and got disconnected before it finished. I reconnected within 10 seconds, but the chest was not available for me to purchase. We did not proceed to the next gate yet and I only have 4 mayhem horns… this is very upsetting!!

Can I please get some assistance - either to purchase the chest or regain entry for g2??

I’m sorry for the disconnect during the Kakul Saydon Gate 2. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
