I made a mistake and I bought a Character Customization Ticket when I wanted to buy a Character Slot Extension. Is there any way I could get a refound? I haven’t claim it and I don’t want to spend more money because of a mistake, please and thank you.
The character I bought it with is called Yisse on EU West server Tragon.

Currently all in-game purchase are non-refundable non-returnable, I checked if its possible to change the item for the one you were trying to get, but we don’t have the option to, I am sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Thats so bad! anyone can do mistakes, lot of them do these, and there is no help for it…like come on its just tokens in-game (Providence stones- iny my situation - there is no loss for the company- just help us please)
