Dear support,
I crashed during my hebdo Vatan, and instead of relogging outside the instance with a ticket to restore the entry (this is not my first crash…) I logged in the void of the instance, with my mate still in, with no reward and no ticket to restore the entry.
Any help with this please? : (

I’m sorry you get disconnected playing the Legion Raid, I understand how frustrating this is.
In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

It seems pretty different than the other times I crashed…
This is very unfortunate given it’s my main char this time…

your only hope is the system sends it to you before 48h if not i doubt you will have it at all not going to give you hope and say contact bla bla bla cause they will just tell you if the crash on your side aka internet pc etc it’s not the whole server then they will never do anything
I had the same issue but in gate 1 valtan normal, game suddenly crashed when boss was about to die and the pug I was in didnt wait for me to reconnect. When I finally reconnected boss was dead and I got no loot, and not only that, I couldnt progress since my entry count was already used. It makes no sense at all that they lock you out from progressing just because of a random game crash.

I am sorry to hear of your disconnections but please bear in mind the automated system will exclusively grant re-entries if it finds a verified server crash or outage. If you did not receive a re-entry within 24 hours, it did not find one of these scenarios and then none can be granted manually. Unfortunately, contacting support or posting on the forums cannot override this.
