According to your account there is a Shadowhunter, Sorceress, Striker, Sharpshooter and a Reaper available for restoration.
Let me know if you want any of those to be restored!!
Can I learn their ilvls ? Also I used hyperexpress on my reaper and I had lvl 5 event gems and I deleted the char with that gems so If I decide to restore my reaper will those gems return with my char as well ?

Sure thing, they are 1370.00, 1370.00, 600.00, 1377.50 and 1445.00 respectively, in regards to your second question, correct, the reaper will be restored just as it was before it was deleted.
