So ive completed the north Vern quests an the mail for the power pass was sent to me but it didn’t have the power pass in it, an it didn’t have the option to accept it either

Please, make sure all Lost Ark’s files are working properly with a Steam Integrity check files:
After you run the Steam integrity check files, re-launch Lost Ark.
