Help Restoring Deleted Character Please

Hello Support Team,

I recently started playing back lost ark today and recently just finished the prolouge in which I was able to recieve the item “Arthetinean Engineer’s Goggles” as a reward. However I wanted to change the character of my appearence again and accidently deleted the item with it aswell before realising this item can only be obtained once per roster.

Not much progress has been made but are you able to please help me restore this character/s.

Region: North America West
Server Name: Valtan
Character Name: Kasalice
Level: 10
Class: Glavier

Note: Multiple characters have been created under this name as an attempt to keep customizing the appearence. So if your able to just restore all of them in which I can then just cycle through which character has the item would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Qilyn welcome to our community!

In this case, I can look for the character and check if it is possible to restore.

However, you must know that the system will allow me to restore certain amount of characters, so I can’t just restore all of them and it depends on the system itself.

Let me take a look at that Glavier and I’ll come back here!

Edit: hey I found two characters, one was created and deleted on November 16 and the other on November 17. By any chance do you remember which is the one you are looking for to restore?
