Help to restore a destroyed item

Hello,

I made a silly mistake this evening around 11pm CEST, I destroyed my Argos Sun Set shoulder lvl 17 by mistake, I wanted to destroy another item in my inventory. I had them in my inventory at this moment because I just crafted the Vykas Set nightmare flower shoulder to replace them.

Could you restore my item or rollback my character before the item deletion without losing my evening raid rewards? (I did vykas NM and valtan HM)

Name: Napâlm / Sorceress / Zinnervale / EUC

Best regards,

This is not possible. They can’t restore items sorry.

Hello @Overlordz, welcome to our forums,

My apologies to hear about the situation with the deleted item. Unfortunately at this point salvaged/destroy items can not be recovered.
I’m sorry for any inconveniences it can cause to you,

Have a good one,
Regards.

That’s very sad for a 2022 game

Well, depending on luck that will cost me around 30k gold to recover from this… great.

That’s my mistake, but statistically with the amount of players and the amount of crap we have to manuallyh delete out of inventory everyday, this kind of situation has to happens so frequently beyond expectations on daily basis.

I wouldn’t imagine how someone else would feel by doing same wrong manipulation on a lvl 25 gears piece or smth in this range…

Anyway, thx for the answer.

That’s a you problem, You should always have your own gear that’s honed equipped on your presets. Also entitled af much? A lot of “2022 games” don’t allow you to recover gear because anyone can do anything drastic to the gear and if it fails, they can just say they “accidentally” destroyed their gear and get it back for free. Also anyone with a care for their gear wouldn’t destroy it by accident.

You can CTRL Right click an item to lock it makes it unable to be destroyed/dismantled. Works on all accs, gear and stones.

@Lilith1: thx, I didn’t knew, I’ll do that on all my gears right now.

Dang. I didn’t know you can destroy a gear that’s been honed. Good to know and sorry to hear man

Hello @Overlordz and thank you @Lilith1 for the great piece of advice and @Oathsworn and @SoulArker for your input,

I am sorry to hear of this mistake in destroying such valuable item. I’d definitely keep what @Lilith1 mentions in mind to avoid any future, painful scenarios like this one.

I understand the points you make and remind you that you can share your thoughts and feelings in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback by filing a web ticket here.
