Spent 5$ (30+ days have passed since transaction) , reached level 30+ , enabled 2FA Steam Mobile Authentication DAYS ago… still no trusted status.
Then we have the trusted status trouble forum thread that has multiple people posting on it daily for help with this issue.
Your lazy attempts of bot prevention measures has forced people to spend money on a F2P game/connect phones to have access to basic functions. Pathetic and supports are useless clearly.

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having issues with getting your trusted status from Steam to reflect in Lost Ark. Please note that accounts that have not met certain requirements with Steam will not be able perform certain in-game actions as listed here:
This is part of a security measure that is in place to combat bots and of which you can read furthere here:
In order to make your account trusted you will need to have performed a purchase(s) for at least $5, where sometimes Steam will require a period of 30 days to have passed from the date of the purchase. You will also need to set up the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator specifically for this status update to take place.
How to set up Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator
Please note it may still take several hours for your account to become ‘Trusted’ after activating two-factor authentication for the first time and up 30 days depending on Steam’s clear time.

I enabled the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator after 2 weeks but still can’t trade what’s happening
I recently made a steam account and purchased £10 of steam fund and used those for the crystals, I also enabled the 2FA to my account however this didn’t resolve on getting trusted status to my account. How long will it take to get the status? My account IGN is Unshackled and would like to rush on getting to high ilvl. @Kagami

Regarding to your question, if you follow all the steps to get the trusted status, steam has to make the final verification of your account, however unfortunately we don’t have the information about how long this process can take, since sometimes it can take more or less time.
So in this case, all we can do it’s to wait until the process is finish and they give you the trusted status.
