5 days ago i redeemed the Unicorn box & shard set from twitch but it still didnt appear in my product inventory
any suggestion?

Its probably there, check the thing next to the mail icon. It doenst show a red dot so its easy to think nothing appeared. If you redeemed it on twitch, the accoiunts are linked properly, its there.
its not there, ive redeemed other things from the product inventory but the unicorn is still missing

I’m really sorry about this issue.
In this case, you can try these steps to see if it works:
1- Unlink your Amazon account and then link it again
2- Unlink your Twitch account and then link it again.
3- Try also to unlink and re-link your Steam and Amazon accounts.
