Real simple. Do you, your team, or SG know what is causing the disconnects? Since stability is on the bottom of the recent checklist and all I’d like to know what’s causing the problem.

Seems as if the CM’s are taking a personal day today. Probably the smartest idea they have had in a while.
Don’t harrass Roxx, its not her fault the servers are shitting themselves.

Seems like Roxx may have been up all night from yesterday based on reply dates.
They may or may not know, but one thing is for sure. We will never know.

The team thinks they may have found the cause of the issue and is working through a potential fix, but it needs to be tested and verified. My understanding is that it has something to do with network connections & communications, but as that’s not my forte take that note with a grain of salt.

It was very fitting that while I was reading this, I just got disconnected.
got disconnected 4 times today, i didnt do any raid last week out of fear id dc, and im scared to do them this week too rofl
Disconnects, game completely freezes on loading screens, EAC not running errors followed by “your account is already logged in” message. I have had these problems multiple times yesterday and today. When I say multiple I mean no less than 20 (not joking) Game is basically unplayable. Would really appreciate acknowledgement on this from you guys that you are aware and looking into it.
yo we have always had the option to just delete EAC right?
Roxx did acknowledge it.
Another thing is that they are clueless about how much damage those DCs have caused and keep causing. So many players have lost entries, rewards or both. Talking about a massive mess.

No, I hope it was hard on them. They majorly fucked up and no one besides CMs are there to take ownership of it. By all means whoever made the boneheaded decisions can come out and a lot of us will gladly shift our rage to that person. Until then, who else but CMs?
