There is no last mission which gives the Island Token. What should i do?

To obtain the Azure Wind Island Token, you must complete the quest Buried in Flowers, and it has a lot of quests that must be completed to start it, most of which are hidden.
If you go to this link here, please follow the guide and double-check that you have completed everything required to start the quest Buried in Flowers. You can also check your completed quests by pressing J and navigating to the completed tab.
