Greetings 
I have a couple of issues that I don’t quite get:
one of my alts had many chests and pouches of tier 3 honing stuff in reserve for when she would get tier 3 gear, but now it has vanished out of thin air?! and, there is still that issue with trusted account where I have trusted status on Steam, got my account linked between Steam and Amazon, made a purchase in Lost Ark’s shop, etc, etc, but still no trusted status!! this is frustrating! I don’t mind buying stuff, especially for a game like Lost Ark which I thoroughly enjoy, BUT, this is a ridiculous impediment, it certainly doesn’t stop bots, but it stops genuine casual players like my wife and myself from progressing!! can that please be addressed without Amazon, Steam, and Smilegate playing ping-pong with each other?! Pretty please!! this is such a put off!
