Honing juice towards 1445

Hi guys , I have a question

Do you juice your armor or just hit it raw ? Also the new legendary books , they are 800g for armor, is it worth to buy one for each attempt on armor piece perhaps 15 to 17 ? Is it cost efficient ?

How you doing your honing strategy now ?

When full juice → Hit weapon.
Otherwise → Hit armor.

I am done with the weapon , I have it +17

Just need armor now. I hear some people say legendary books are more cost efficient that buying all the other juices combined and it is worth it to do it on armor too now

i’ve used juice on my armor before but yeah its much smarter to just use it on the weapon it costs so much more to hone then the armor so increasing your odds on the weapon is better overall

Edit i’ve seen your reply to Jess, use the juice to go to +20 on the weapon after your done with your gear just safe it up for later

You can only use those books for 1 ~ 15.

You can use the maxroll calculator to tell you if enhancers are worth it or not based on AH pricing.

full juice is always more effective in terms of total material cost once your base rates go down to 30% on 1340 armor. however, it is significantly more effective on weapon.

Very heavily depends on how much of it is being purchased off the auction house and how much the safety materials cost there and if you are using it on weapon versus armor.

This is a pretty ez calculation.

If u got ur juice for free and u cannot sell it coz it’s bound then using it, its obviously cheaper.

If u got ur juice from Mari, calculate the cost, if it’s higher than honing dry twice, then hone dry twice.

If u got ur juice from AH, calculate the cost, if it’s higher than honing dry twice, then hone dry twice.

this new books are +6 to +15 not to +16
