There is a problem with honing. I have all resources to add exp to the armor but the system reply with the error: This item cannot get more exp.
Yes, it’s a known bug.
If you used the powerpass on that character, this is a bug that is only happening with those characters that used it, it is already a known bug and is being fixed.

I tried to switch the express mission to a different character and that solved the problem
I can’t change my character in the express mission. (
The actual solution is to just wait for them to do a hotfix in a day or two. Switching the express event character is permanent, so unless you already wanted to do that or are already done with it, it’s not a viable solution (not to mention many people already switched and couldn’t now anyway).
How do u switch express mission thought ot was bound to first character???
