I bought 6 Honor shard Pouch M with winter tokens, opened and got teleported to the arena pvp before i catch the shards, now they gonne!!!

I’m sorry that you were not able to claim the shards from the pouches as you teleported to PVP Arena.
I’m afraid it is not possible to manually add those shards to your inventory.
Kindly refrain from opening the shard pouches whenever you are about to join any event in future as teleportation will always have a priority over collection of items on floor and you will miss out on those items.
