Horrible Player Support Experience

Back week 2 of argos I dc’d after clearing it and got no rewards and no re-entry tickets, today, after 2 wipes my group cleared HM Valtan and I dc’d during ghost phase and logged back in to no rewards, can’t take bonus chest even tho my discord and internet never went down and only lost ark being the issue, no re-entry tickets were granted and I got the SAME EXACT COPY PASTE answer from contacting support that I did during week 2 argos, so I’m asking, why does player SUPPORT exist when they all say they have no power, the game will determine what’s a verified disconnect and they can offer no support. For background no. I do not regularly get connection issues or disconnect often. I’d say player support can check my account history and see it isn’t a normal occurrence but at this point I don’t think player support can do anything except read replies off a player support booklet

I’m sorry you had this experience with our customer service team, but yes; how they said, is a system that takes care of this type of situations. That the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
