How are founders and the newer starter packs items being sold n the auction house?

The skins and pets i have do not seem to be sellable.

However, others are selling the items.

What isthe correct proceedure to sell these?

The first/original founder packs had skins that was tradeable.
The 2nd batch of bonus founder skins were not tradeable.

I dont get it-- the latest starter packs skins are all up for sale on the AH

The first Founder Pack was tradable, the second one cannot be sold.

Yes, you buy the pack off Steam then list on the AH
