Right click the chat tab (where it says “Normal”), and click “Chat settings” or something like that, can’t remember exactly what it says.
Then just turn off what you don’t want displayed in the chat box.
I found it. It’s called “combat” and this filter also show who is using consumables so I can’t turn off it. Sad

I’d just move it to another tab then if you care about consumable usage that much so it’s not hogging your regular chat box.
