How come we can't dye our skins?

The red skin of the sorceress is dyeable in Korea… I know it well cuz I played Lostark in Korea. how come we can’t dye these skins on a global server? is this a bug or something else? please fix this :(. This was the only reason I bought this…

Thank you very much for bringing up your current problem to the table I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.

Some selective skins can be dyed and in most of the cases skins bought from the store has a few pieces dyable, just remember to you have the stronghold fully unlocked and gather enough potions.
