The system is very confusing. I can “Enter Base” as a solo player but the “Challenge” button is greyed out. What is the difference between challenging and just entering and killing the boss?
Thanks @mike415! We were able to confirm as well. I think there is still a LOT of explanation to be had on how this system works. @roxx, it would be much appreciated if you could comment on this! What’s the point of a “participation vote,” why can some folks just yolo this by themselves without guild leader / deputy, what was the hidden daily reset lockout we ran into, etc?

Bump. Would be great to see some sort of guide. Having to scour the internet to figure out how both this and GvG scheduling works.
Since people can enter by themselves is the best bet to prevent that accident to register right before you actually wanna do it together as a guild? Or do you need to register a day in advance or something?
Also anyone know how to undo a participation vote? What if someone can’t make it anymore? Doesn’t seem like there’s a way to uncheck it.

Really need CMs to give out info on how this works, its confusing and there’s absolutely no information publicly available. I tried to do raid match today with my guild and we all couldn’t que at the time we thought we could.
We had our guil try to enter today, asuming the clock on the event was server timed. And could not enter, we tried just few min after 8pm sever time.
Anybody know anything about this? Earlier the Enter Base button was not greyed. Nobody would have pressed it. It is now grey?

Thanks for the update Jorge. We tried another guild run today after verifying this morning that button was working. Just tried to run now and sure enough, greyed out again. ughhhhh!!!

Same issue here. Gathered all the guildies only to know we are not allowed to enter.
I got the same chat response from AGS in a live ticket. I don’t wanna test the button right now, but at the same time, I don’t wanna tell me guild to be on at a specific time without an official response from the game about this.
My button became clickable again after midnight last night and it is still clickable, I just haven’t clicked it for the fear of it going grey just like yesterday.
I was able to issue the quest up till 5pm on west servers. Sadly the guild was meeting at 5pm to start. Soo another day wasted guess when we can actually can do it.
Apparently the time is based on UTC instead of server time, so just another extremely poorly implemented timer element.
Actual registration time for NAWest is 4am-5pm server time for Raid, 4am-1:20pm for Siege.
NAEast is 7am-8pm and 7am-4:20pm respectively.

@Roxx / @Shadow_Fox - GvG and GvE times are just completely wrong.
Guild tried to queue for Maneth which shows 11AM to 11:59PM, but we were not able to access the encounter at 8:30 PM when we were going to give it a try.
Folks here are claiming it’s set to UTC time and not your or even server time, which would shift it 7:59PM cutoff.
It’s fairly clear to us at this point that GvE shuts down pretty early. This pretty much limits any guild runs to like early afternoons on the weekend for us.
hey kotic, is raid match (boss) only available between 4am - 1:20pm? we cannot do it later than 1:20pm or we can sign up before 1:20pm and do it later?
If you’re NAWest, then yes, that’s correct for Siege. For Raid it’s 4am-5pm.
If you’re a different server/region, just google what time it is in UTC, which is what the timer goes off of until they (hopefully?) fix it.
this is ridiculous to show the GVE time in UTC and not tell us.
