Apparently the time is based on UTC instead of server time, so just another extremely poorly implemented timer element.
Actual registration time for NAWest is 4am-5pm server time for Raid, 4am-1:20pm for Siege.
NAEast is 7am-8pm and 7am-4:20pm respectively.

@Roxx / @Shadow_Fox - GvG and GvE times are just completely wrong.
Guild tried to queue for Maneth which shows 11AM to 11:59PM, but we were not able to access the encounter at 8:30 PM when we were going to give it a try.
Folks here are claiming it’s set to UTC time and not your or even server time, which would shift it 7:59PM cutoff.
It’s fairly clear to us at this point that GvE shuts down pretty early. This pretty much limits any guild runs to like early afternoons on the weekend for us.
hey kotic, is raid match (boss) only available between 4am - 1:20pm? we cannot do it later than 1:20pm or we can sign up before 1:20pm and do it later?
If you’re NAWest, then yes, that’s correct for Siege. For Raid it’s 4am-5pm.
If you’re a different server/region, just google what time it is in UTC, which is what the timer goes off of until they (hopefully?) fix it.
this is ridiculous to show the GVE time in UTC and not tell us.
Yeap I did mine with guildmaster and the rests at 1am EST
So confusing, we just missed GvG cause the ingame timer say 20:30, we waited only to realize we missed it and the date has shifted to next week.
No one on our server seem to be able to do it either. Still have no idea what the time to start is.
I hope this gets fixed fast. Majority of my guild works 9-5 so we can’t even attempt to do these.
Mentioned it earlier in this thread, but the times are UTC times, not server times.
Super shitty, but with that info you can at least know the timers.
4am-1:20pm for GvG on nawest, 7am-4:20pm on NAEast, if you’re on EU then idk, look up UTC and convert.
Medeia and other GvG island that invole PvP run on a different time and not like the PvE objective island.
Currently timer are broken for all region beside EU causing everyone to miss it, still no statement from the dev regarding the issue.
Went to ask around and no one have any idea when it start either, only trial and error for next week unless they fix it in tomorrow maintenance
Was so surprise that this is the 2nd week into this event and the issue is still not fixed. Gather the whole guild today and tri to the Raid Match and Siege, but none was available… There is no instruction or manual explaining how these 2 activities work (which is already bad enough) and we tried to figure out ourselves but unfortunately AGS also mess up the timer for some reasons… I feel bad that all my comments in this forum so far has been negative because there are just so many issues or questions that you have to go offline and seek help but end up finding out this is a game issue. well, it seems that you can register to challenge at 11 am server time for a few hours, (less than 6 hours because when i tried 6 hours after the challenge was greyed out which is dumb cause the event is up in the event list …)
Then when you have selected which one you wanna challenge (note that clicking challenge previously only selects the challenge you wanna tackle) it displays in the guild windows something like this :
As you can see, the times are now completely weird and are from 4am to 5pm (thursday to sunday) server time for GvG, while GvE is pretty much anytime any day
So that’s all i glanned from a friend guild, and i’ll try this on thurday
By the way i’m OCE timezone, and the challenge application is at 4AM for me… for some hours… that is completely not friendly, challenge application should be extended to catter to a wider timezones of players please @Roxx
Same for the actual GvG islands times even though it should work out because it would be 9PM to 9AM AEST.
For the sundays one at 8:30PM well we can straight forget them as it mean Monday at 1:30PM AEST unfortunately… 
Let’s hope the guilds that will own both S rank islands will try to do the event they can host in a time frame most people can join

We figured that the time zone is wrong. Whatever activity you try to do on GvE content do it before 8 PM New york TIME zone. It works 100% as long as you go in before 8 PM. Then you need to remember that in other to challenge areas for rankings you need to doing Thrusdays- Fridays before 8 PM as well.

Well it’s in server time now, when the registration event pop at 11AM server time for a few hours (3 hours maybe ?) even tho the even is longer, the registration period is not… it’s dumb.
