How fast should an igniter sorc charge igniter?

Hey everyone!

Just got my sorc to 1430 and switched it to igniter.

Running 3 igniter 3 hit master 3 precise dagger 3 all-out attack

all jewelry 90+ except necklace is at 87

sitting at 1555 spec, may upgrade neck to relic 90+ to push past 1600 spec if need be.

I have enlightenment +4 on rime arrow and frost call for increased generation on skill trees.

I am wondering how fast/how many skills should be needed to charge igniter?

Also side question if anyone knows. Does the +41% specialty meter gain from enlightenment +4 get multiplied even further by high spec?

do you have pet with spec active? just asking as 1555 spec sounded low with pet and ql for gear.

you should get your igniter back by the time your meteor comes off cooldown thats about it, everything else doesnt really matter

generally with high spec and good wealth runes its 1 rotation all your generating spells + 1 extra frosts call or something like esoteric/rime arrow + inferno if you want to keep frosts call for igniter pop

I do have a spec pet, I think it may be low as only 2 of my pieces are relic 100 and 93 quality. The other 3 are legendary 87 98 96. Neck being the lowest.

I’m also wondering if spec scales up at a set rate per point or if you get a bigger bonus as it gets higher if anyone knows.

That sounds like a reasonable goal and would make the sorc a lot more fun to play for sure! Tysm

horisontal contant and different books give bonus.
My baseline is something like 55 spec without gear.

Neck max 500, ear max 300 and ring 200 (you proberly know this).

Maybe you neck has low spec, sub 450? A lower quality neck can have high spec but then lower crit/swiftness (or other way around).

when I read the quality it has to be neck, as you should be around +1600 spec (unless baseline is low).

Not sure if that shared any light on matter?

Def looks like I will need to upgrade that necklace then at some point

Thank you for the info very helpful!
