Still locked out of Clown after completing G1 Normal, and no re entry ticket after more then 24 hrs.
But if it thinks normal is complete, why can I still join G2 Rehearsal on any character? Including the one I did G1 Normal on… the system clearly recognizes my progress is at G2 yet still is arbitrarily locking me out of Normal Mode.
Mods saying “no manual help with entry tickets” is the same as saying “we refuse to provide support with this matter”. It’s a complete cop out.
This is clearly a big issue as I’ve seen that line above along with the same copy and pasted response repeated by mods at least 6+ times.
Putting the entire burden of support for these issues onto an automated system is far from ideal, especially when that automated system isn’t even functioning correctly under the parameters listed in patch notes.
I shouldn’t be able to join Rehearsal on any Character / Gate if Normal is already complete. Why can’t it recognize the contradiction?
I’m sorry you didn’t get your ticket still, I understand how frustrating is this.
The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
As the correct information says; If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Same, still no ticket for our group. I know that we need to wait for the automated system to check and verify that server system but it seems most of the people I know haven’t received anything.
It has been more than a day for us and our static can’t play clown raid which we have waited for so long and so excited about it.
I understand is frustrating getting disconnections when you’re playing Lost Ark; is understandable, I’m sorry.

This system is supposed to refund entry tickets when a game server has an outage. A game server outage occurred and there are no refunded tickets. How is it possible you can’t verify the game servers went down when you are the ones who scheduled the emergency maintenance?
I very much appreciate you taking time to respond, and I understand that your obligated to approach all of these support issues with that baseline of information.
Auto system - could take around a day - can’t be guaranteed - no outside influence on process.
One thing I found interesting is your inclusion of outage stipulation; “ experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side ; this will not cover local internet issues”.
Under those parameters, DCing due to the added maintenance would fall under the “game server side” outage category. Yet your emphasis on it could also imply it would fall under the “not cover” category.
Can you definitively tell us one way or the other whether DCs from Maintenance are covered or not?
Seems about as clear cut an example of “server side” as it gets. Not to mention the in game countdown was off by more then 30 minutes, leading to confusion and many many people continuing to play.
Yet everyone who was DC’d from maintenance is the same missing entry boat. Server maintenance is an example of “server side” outage, so under the guidelines all of those people should or will get an entry ticket. But it seems as though not a single one has.
This clearly shows a malfunction in the automated system, which would require hands on support.
With an issue this big I see no reason why the precedent of lock out system being purely automated is an excuse for lack of any manual intervention from Support.

Of course nothing to note about how that same copy pasta completely contradicts the fact that players DC’d from maintenance are not receiving re-entry tickets.

I lost my entry due to being in the raid when the server maintenance (disconnection on the game server side) occurred, at this point it has been over a day (24 hours) since the disconnection. The wording “up to a day” implies that we should have already received re-entry tickets which we have not.
My Original post may have been 19 hours ago, but it’s been over 26 hours sense losing entry.
If it’s up to a day, then your pretty much confirming I won’t be getting an entry ticket in mail.
But at same time your aren’t denying that Maintenance based DC is a server side outage, and therefore should be covered.
So your telling us that our outage type IS covered under the guidelines automated system follows, but that none of us will actually be receiving these tickets because that system is not successfully recognizing these cases as “covered”.
And at the at same time trying to suggest that the automated system is working correctly and that no further manual support is necessary?
How can you not see that this is completely contradictory? If the automated system is not delivering to a specifc sect of people that should fall within parameters, then that is the EXACT reason further support escalation is needed.
You can’t continue to point solely to an automated system for customers support reliance, and at the same time tell people whose cases fall within the systems coverage but aren’t receiving the service that there’s nothing else human support can help with.
Our entire static is locked out also since yesterday. The ticket entry system (and the refund system that can’t even verify scheduled downtime) is complete dog **** as neither properly work. Just use the same raid lockout system as every other mmo in history. All AGS can do is link the same copy pasta over and over
