hello, I just wanna know how long it will take to get my account to trusted because I’ve been playing this game since launch. I just bought 1000 royal crystal since everyone other post said i need to spend money on the game to get trusted(even though im trusted on steam and have 2FA on steamguard) so i did just that. now can anyone tell me how long till i get my trusted?
i also am curious. i alos spent money on my steam account, have MFA enabled, but still not trusted according to Lost Ark? Whats up with that? Can we get some clear answers here?

I’m sorry to read that your Steam account Trust status isn’t reflecting on Lost Ark. if you’ve made a purchased on Steam recently and didn’t have the Trust status before that, it may take some days before the status change is reflected on the game itself however we currently can’t confirm exactly how long it will take.
Also @despicably, in order for your account to have the Trusted in Lost Ark, you will need to set up the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator and also to meet the requirements to have a trusted status with Steam, which you can find here:
