Where I can get support on sales, on the game page and on amazon there is no place for it.
I want to cancel a purchase out of regret, purchase made through steam.

Apparently they (steam) don’t deal with it, at least that’s what the answer says. “We are not yet able to refund purchases of Lost Ark in-game items. Please contact the distributor directly to see if they can grant you a refund.” They ask me to contact the publisher directly.
