how i get life skills ? life fishing, mining or hunting etc… i got the tools but i can’t use them
It is probably best to search up a guide on YouTube to help explain this aspect of the game since it will be easier to understand as well have it visualised. Can search “life skills lost ark” on YouTube and choose a recent one.
Saintones guide also has some brief information on it.

You unlock the ability to use them through quests, purple ones.
The first ones you get are fishing and mining from West Luterra/Lakebar/Lakebar Village.
