How Players get Lockedout of Ghostships and Other Claimable Events

This started with me doing a Ghost Ship. I was on Channel 1 and there were about a dozen other players waiting for the ship, not enough to max it out. Once I entered the ship I was solo on the Ghost Ship and was in no way going to compelete the ship. Once I exited the ship I was on Channel 4 and recieved no reward and was LOCKED OUT of doing another one. Because, according to the Devs, once you start it you have claimed it regardless if you get the reward. I will only get a re-entry if it is tied to a “verifed” server issue, which I believe it is. Your servers moved me Channles and put me on an empty ship, screwing me out of the rewards for a week…

What needs to happen is the lockout needs to occur once you get any rewards from the Ship, World Boss, Adventure Island, etc. This once you start and you get locked out is dumb. What happens if players leave someone high and dry? What if someone shows up thinking people are there but no one is and since they started they are now locked out? How is that fair to players of Arkesia???

Please give me and the Devs some constructive feedback and Devs please do something. @Roxx @Fenrirskoll

This leads into what I was saying in my post about legion raid entries. The lockout/entries need to be tied to the receipt of a reward. It ought not be tied to just participating. The current system does not work properly, especially with so many server-side disconnects that don’t register as server-side disconnects. I know for sure customer service cannot do anything about this. This requires the developers to recode when lockouts happen and how entries are used up.

can’t count how many content (gs/islands) i and many others got lockout from, cause of insufficient players in the instance to clear the content or to even start the event itself.
